As a former colleague of mine, Kusumlata is one of the best when it comes database analysis and design. She has the ability to identify a data-related business problem and build conceptual and logical data models that can serve as a good foundation for full-stack web applications. Not only is Kusumlata good at the technical aspects of database development, she's also very good at delivering this knowledge to students and motivating them to engage and improve their learning, especially at levels 4 - 6. Kusumlata is definitely a great lecturer.

I had a pleasure to work with Kusum at LTC College and on a couple of assignments as an IT trainer at Excel Academy. During her work tenure at LTC College, Kusum as an IT Trainer has not only demonstrated her qualities as an IT expert but also by successfully planned & delivered IT courses at all levels. She had a great rapport with her students and was able to motivate them to do well. She shown an excellent course management, delivery and assessment, communication & inter-personal skills. She also played an important part in IT team for company’s IT strategies. I would strongly recommend her for all her future endeavours. Wishing her the best.
