I had the privilege of participating in one of Kurt's workshops and was extremely pleased from start to finish. Kurt had me engaged instantly as all members participating in the workshop, he maintained and increased our focus and interaction throughout the program. The course content was dynamic, informative and eye opening. Kurt delivered the program with precision and I would highly recommend Kurt and the Pathway's team to anyone seeking to improve their associates/Managers skill sets.

Kurt consistently exceeds expectations and adds value in every facet of the relationship. A trusted and dependable partner who adapts well to executive, manager or front-line audiences.

Most testimonials are about working 'with' someone. In this case I was working 'for' Kurt. Actually, I've worked for Kurt on several jobs. As a supplier, I get the privilege of being abused by my clients, but never by Kurt. He trusts us to do great work, it only makes us want to work harder for him. I can only assume that is the way he treats his employees and also exhibits these traits with his clients. He is great to work with and offers dialogue and significant insights. He is also not afraid to criticize his own work, which is rare and demonstrates the kind of the person he is. Kurt is one of the good people out there.

I am fortunate enough to lead a team of professionals whose collective goal is to drive value for our Pathways clients. So it is ultimately my job, to ensure we deliver the quality products and services our client partners expect. Selfishly, my greatest professional enjoyment still comes from the leadership workshops and programs I have the pleasure of facilitating. There is nothing like watching a room full of leaders "thinking just a little differently".
