I had the privilege of starting my sales career under Kurtis' guidance. From the beginning on he heavily invested into my professional development and took the time that was necessary to introduce me into the fundamentals of sales. Whenever I needed help he was available and went the extra mile to ensure the success of the team. Kurtis also has mastered the art of feedback and didn't shy away from being direct, concise, gentle and always helpful. There was no fluff but rather a focus on the metrics, an analysis of where I should improve the sales process and finally practical advice on how to achieve my goals. I had the privilege of working closely with Kurtis for 3 years at EyeQuant. Kurtis headed up all of our sales operations, including building out the sales team from scratch and designing repeatable sales processes to ensure our customers remain happy users of our product. He shows an enormous amount of enthusiasm for every aspect of the sales cycle and has a very deep understanding of complex procurement procedures. Through his attendance of various conferences (both as a speaker and visitor) as well as his love of sales literature, he continuously strives to become even better at what he does. I worked alongside the creator of the renowned group The Canadian Tenors (now known simply as "The Tenors") on various projects spread out across 2009-2012. I did all kinds of stuff: from dragging furniture around for photoshoots and sorting receipts, to turning my basement into a distribution hub for a platinum album (The Canadian Tenors), to running ticketing and concert promotions for a national tour and helping a new group (Tenore) win 3 GMA awards in 2011.
