Actively involved with the Chapter's Executive Committee since 2009 serving various roles as director, officer, committee chair, and volunteer...giving back to our community and next generation of industry professionals! The Chapter boundary limits include both San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties with a membership base of 350+ professionals from both the public and private sectors. Assisted with developing and expanding the Chapter's first internship program, Treasurer position best management practices and event tracking summaries (rotated themed topics, attendees, expense/revenue, fund raising events, etc.), awards program to recognize and honor administrators from our membership base to align with National Administrative Professional Day in April, workshop educational program, chapter supporter program, 50th anniversary celebration in 2020, and fostering joint chapter executive committee relationships to pool and share lessons learned and resources. If you are interested in being more active with the Chapter's Executive Committee or only have the bandwidth to micro-volunteer at a sub-committee level please feel free to contact me directly. I would be more than happy to share my experiences and assist with Individual or Group Membership at the National and local level! Show less
