Kurt's coaching skills are focused on determining what an invidual needs and then quickly addressing thoses needs in a educational and progressive manner. He recommended a series of task oriented exercises for me which helped address some complex management challenges with the goal of helping me become more successful. Overall, I would say that the few months of working with Kurt helped me move to a higher level when it comes to leadership skills.

Bob Deegan

I highly recommend Kurt's expertise and methods in fostering results from a large group of diversified interests and experiences.
