I work in Michigan Tech's Ion Space Propulsion Laboratory working on electric propulsion devices. Specifically I work with electrospray thrusters. To date I have successfully demonstrated the using of ExB filters to measure electrospray beam characteristics, and used electron microscopes to visualize operating thrusters. During my tenure, I have also become skilled in the use of high voltage power supply, scanning and transmission electron microscopes, and the focused ion beam. I have also programmed using LabView at an intermediate level.
