I was most impressed with his personal telephone call when we arrived in our hotel after a long train ride, just to say welcome us to our destination and ask if there was anything he could do for us.       It is my responsibility to properly qualify any potential owners that express interest in our Ranger R7 aircraft to make sure that the aircraft is a good fit them, & that the Ranger will meet their expectations. I then shepherd the qualified potential owner through the purchase process, ensuring that every experience they have with Vashon Aircraft is a positive one. Once the aircraft is completed, I coordinate a time & location to deliver it to the new owner, & then conduct up to ten (10) hours of transition training with them, so that they will be a safe & fully proficient Vashon Ranger pilot.
