As an employee under Kurt's Management. I would highly recommend Kurt. He is a manager that is hands on. He never looks down on his employees no matter what position they hold. I am truly grateful for my years at Caltherm and enjoyed being a part of Kurt's team.

Over the past two years I have had the opportunity to work With Kurt Kushner on a number of high impact projects. These would include process redesign, organization design/redesign, and KPI reporting design. In each area, whether it was working on the ‘executive dashboard’, ‘go to market’ strategy development, or sales process (to include inside sales programs) design, Kurt ALWAYS brought his ‘A’ game. Kurt’s ‘A’ game begins with an assessment of the issue/objective at hand, the customer’s perspective, options, resources, timeline, and recommendations. In each of these areas Kurt brings a passion to do it right so the project won’t have to be done another time eating valuable time, resources, momentum, and morale. Kurt quickly develops the confidence of the teams he works with from executive leadership to the front line employee. It is through these relationships that he gains valuable insight to make the project deliverable more effective. In each of the instances I worked with Kurt, or observed Kurt’s work, the outcomes were better because of his driving the team members to the right set of action plans. Taking the easy road is not in Kurt’s toolkit. Please don’t hesitate to call me (personal cell # 916.342.0201) if you would like further detail on the impact of Kurt’s unique skills and talents.
