Designed and implemented a vertically integrated strategy to transform a 1500 employee, global multi-site manufacturing operations to produce Low Volume – High Mix custom products in areas of High Voltage Power for industrial, medical imaging, security scanning, semi-conductor inspection, scanning microscopy, and laboratory analysis.
