Kunjal was an exceptional colleague when we worked together in the TOK department at Oberoi International School. In my role as the TOK Coordinator at OIS Garden City, I supervised and also collaborated with Kunjal in her role as a fellow TOK teacher. I was very impressed by her professionalism, effectiveness, and enthusiasm for teaching. Kunjal is a professional, though and through. When she joined the TOK team at OIS, she very quickly understood the nature of the course and was very meticulous in her execution and planning of that course. As a team member, Kunjal was an effective collaborator in helping design lessons and when we moderated student work. Having an open and welcoming personality, she consistently provided detailed feedback to her peers as well as her students so that they understood how to improve and grow. Also, Kunjal was an effective teacher. Her instruction enabled her students to achieve quality work which resulted in high marks in the IBDP program. Her feedback to her peers helped them to better understand how to teach and evaluate work in the TOK program. And she never hesitated to ask questions for clarification to gain a better understanding of the tasks that we were required to master in our TOK instruction and evaluation. Even more, Kunjal brings an enthusiasm and positive attitude to her work that is infectious. Always looking at the positive side of setbacks or last minute changes in plans, she showed her flexibility, patience, and positive attitude consistently in her role as a TOK and DP Science teacher at OIS. Always willing to help colleagues out and give another evaluation of a student's work, Kunjal was an excellent professional and team player during the time I had the pleasure to work with her.

Kunjal Ma’am was undoubtedly one of the finest teachers I’ve had the privilege to learn from. Her classes are thoughtfully organized and curated to help students understand the fundamental concepts of the subject. Her constructive feedbacks did not only help me grow into a finer student but a better person. She was a constant guiding force. She was the reason I started enjoying chemistry and decided to pursue it after high school. She fostered a healthy leaning environment and helped me thrive through IB Chemistry. I fully endorse Kunjal Ma’am as an amazing teacher, mentor and a guiding force.
