In my current role at Vivriti AMC, my responsibilities are centered around the management of portfolio investments across funds. My role requires that I take complete ownership of the investment process with special focus on activities such as identification of potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligences on prospects, formulating investment rationales and ongoing monitoring. In evaluating investments, I undertake detailed and data-backed analyses that are tempered with discussions with various stakeholders such as senior management of the prospect, transaction advisors, lawyers, PE/VC investors and other market participants.
