1) Identify legal requirements either statutory or regulatory in nature which is applicable to projects in its planning phase pertaining to health safety and environment. Such as The BOCW Act, 1996. The Factory Act, 1948 etc.2) Organizing HSE committee meeting on monthly basis and follow up of minutes of meeting circulated among concerned department and ensure equal representation of stakeholders and management representatives.3) Formation of grievance redressal mechanism and committee to investigate the matter of community grievance.
