One of the Challenges faced to giving the clean water to the guest rooms 24 hours / 365 days with good water pressure. as this water extraction from the kasinga lake contaminated with a lot algae. Successfully made a SOP programs to serving clean water to the property without any interruption. Co- coordinating with daily operations day to day basis on occupancy and full fill their requirements without compromising guest experience. Recommending long term solution for engineering problem without comprising the company standard & cost effective solutions. Created SOP for all the Equipment's and Implemented as per property requirement and make sure the Junior can understand the value of the systems. Coordinating with my fellow Colleagues as flexible to make operations runs smooth and assisting them whenever required. Given junior’s moral responsibility and owner ship them self to engage on board. On my period some of environmental problems was Cleared with solutions. Designed and executed myself as Kitchen & laundry Waste Disposal, Complete Cold Room renovation as National environmental guide lines. On this circumstance having back up plan for the system to avoid last minute challenges, Well planning about the forecast failures in the help of historic record of the equipment's.
