In my internship there, I worked in the VLSI design department. My project was on "Non volatile memories & an overview on Flash memories". In this project I studied thoroughly about Non-volatile memories, architecture of unit cell memory ,about magnetic memory( Fe-RAM, MRAM) and Phase Change Memory. I also visited the Fabrication Lab. there along with my seniors and understood the basics process involved in the chip design. In my internship there, I worked in the VLSI design department.
