Documentation: To prepare yearly budget. Timely Entries of material consumed for PE/GI and commercial activity in SAP. Monthly preparation of Contractor Performance Evaluation (CPE) report so that timely action can be taken against non performing contractor. Submission of Quarterly Material reconciliation to Stores and Finance to ensure timely recoveries. Ensuring all as laid asset are ported in GIS and drawings are submitted to Asset Integrity department and O&M department. Processing of contractor bills within the set timeframe. Liasioning with various statutory authorities.
