Major target was to increase the case detection rate among those to be evaluated for TB and so my responsibilities were:- Ensure both active and passive screening and testing of all those to be evaluated for TB at all levels of the hospital services.-Placing them on treatment and follow up as per case definition.-Providing monthly and quarterly statistics on progress of the work .- Outreach and sensitization of the general public- Supervision of the rest of the TB Reach Team within the Hospital and responsiveness to the TBRL Bamenda.
