• Malaysia Techlympics 2022 - Drone Innovation Challenge

  Malaysia Techlympics 2022 is the country's largest-ever initiative to nurture young talents in Science, Technology and Innovations (STI) in 2022. It is launched by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI). It comprises a series of 25 competitions based on five key themes and 10 prioritized areas, in line with the 10-10 Science, Technology and Economics (MySTIE) Framework by MOSTI. The five key themes include artificial intelligence, space exploration, drones and applications, trending technologies and sustainable innovations. Me and my teammate, Ang Yi Herng, have successfully won the Drone Innovation Challenge at the national level of Malaysia Techlympics 2022 on 26 & 27 November 2022 at Stadium Arena Axiata, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. - Proposed an autonomous spraying drone called IFINE to address the rising dengue cases in Malaysia and protect the health of people - Successfully completed the challenges including drone building, drone simulation, quiz on rules and regulations on drone in Malaysia, and pitching on drone innovation proposed.
