  In the position of Project Coordinator in current employment at Foundations for Farming, (a non-profit organization aimed at promoting sustainable development in rural farming communities in Africa and the world, through the productive use of land), my role is pivotal in promoting resilience to climate change in these communities through knowledge and skills transfer. I have been working with Foundations for Farming for the past eight years and have established myself professionally through the experience I have acquired in both training and coordinating a diverse range of projects as well as training in Conservation Agriculture, organic vegetable production, Agroforestry as well as Leadership and Team Building.
