I had the privilege to work with Kuda during my time at Fatima Al-Fihri Open University, where I was her supervisor in the Partnership Department. Kuda was one of our department’s most engaged and hard-working professionals. She was responsible for a wide range of tasks, especially after being promoted to Partnership Manager, including identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities with universities and educational institutes around the world, designing engagement approaches to mobilize partners, and representing FAOU in high-level meetings. Since the early stages of Kuda`s involvement in the team, she proactively sought opportunities to take on new responsibilities and has done stellar work at establishing effective and culturally sensitive relationships within the department and across the wider organization, consistently showing competence and cultural sensitivity when addressing different collaborators in our highly multicultural team. I have always been genuinely impressed by Kuda`s level of commitment and professionalism, as well as her leadership skills. Based on my experience as her supervisor, I see Kuda as a very independent, adaptive, and thoughtful person, and have no doubt of her capacity to excel in any role.

It is important to have worked with Kuda. I worked with her on several tasks in the partnership, and I found her to be highly skilled and dedicated to the university's goal. Kuda has the passion and enigma to build better coordination between diverse workforces without compromising the organization's mission. She has team spirit, good communication skills in propelling our potential partners to do business, and the ability to solve tasks smoothly. We achieve a better goal without a deal in any organization that has her, so I recommend her for any position she might like to apply for.

The most connected and connecting company in the youth market with the belief that youth are the biggest influences of the future. We exist to make that future meaningful. We do this by placing young people at the centre of all core business activity and through finding solutions based on insight, with the aim of building long term relevance for business and brands. Being the most connected and connecting youth company means being a representative that links brands to the youth, and facilitate communication between the two. We are firmly rooted in culture and keep our fingers on the pulse, and offer digital solutions, experiences, influencer marketing, content and social media solutions. Show less
