Student United Way is a Youth leadership development program that aims to nurture, and develop leadership skills in the youth of WA. We use volunteering as our chief vehicle in achieving our goal of discovering, training, and building tomorrow’s leaders, and innovators.At the present time Student United Ways exist on fifty campuses across the United States, and now for the very first time since the movement began, they have branched out of the United States and formed the first international body right here in WA.Curtin University is the first university in WA to join up with United Way WA and form a Student United Way, where students are helping their communities by giving, advocating and volunteering in the areas of education, income and health.
