I had the pleasure of working with Ktyall Malik for 5 years, both as his boss and later as a colleague. Ktyall is an outstanding academic coordinator and academic director at an American school in Mexico, where he leads the IB program with great skill and dedication. His leadership, knowledge, kindness, and creativity are evident in the way he guides and trains teachers. Ktyall is committed to providing the best education for his students, and he is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure they succeed. Ktyall is an asset to any school that hires him, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information.

Ktyall has been instrumental in the growth of all Westhill Institute primary, middle, and high school campuses. He has guided principals and teachers through hiring processes, curriculum instruction, teacher observations, lesson planning, scheduling, and more. Ktyall is extremely responsive and approachable and never hesitates to design and/or share resources - even without being asked. Ktyall has been an exceptionally involved and helpful leader during my time at Westhill.
