I worked with Kevin for about 10 years at an educational institution. Kevin had two stellar qualities that drove his work: do his utmost best for the students attending and do his best for the institution. One example is when he took over actual operation of the school café. It had reported to him previously but due to change in management operations, he took over running it along with his many other duties. He updated the menus and made pricing options more affordable for budget strapped students. He did all this AND made a profit to contribute to the bottom line of the institution. Another example is running of the institution book store. He streamlined the process, added extra service locations, and again, contributed to the bottom line of the institution. All this along with supervision employees who appreciated his leadership because he actually did the work with them. You can’t say that about all managers. Kevin walks his talk.

I highly recommend Kevin. In the years we worked together he was known as the one who gets results. Kevin was the guy who was given the difficult projects knowing he would get it done no matter the obstacles, and always had the best intent for the customer driving his decision making. I can't say enough good. I highly recommend Kevin knowing he can handle all put in front of him, no matter the obstacle. Paul Phelps
