Simon Parsons
I'm fortunate to have gotten to know Kristin because she is participating in a social media/LinkedIn course that I run. Kristin is absolutely dedicated to her personal and professional development and I get to see how she incorporates growth mindset concepts into the leadership coaching for her clients. Kristen has the ability to leverage results for the teams that she works with and it is so exciting to see her being able to incorporate pillars of growth mindset in the way she does: by creating a high performance game plan, executing, and my favorite pillar: feedback (post game analysis). This past year has shown so many vulnerabilities in business paradigm's that we have tethered ourselves too and it is so important to have people like Kristin who embrace disruption and 'pivoting'.

Policing is one of the worlds most noble professions. The demands being placed on officers are dynamic and unceasing. Understanding the potential emotional and physical damage to our health is only the first step. Knowing what to do next is more important. Kristin brought a comprehensive solution to our commanders to help them take control of what sometimes seems uncontrollable, our well being. As leaders, we must focus on our health before we can ask others to do the same. When we empower leaders to optimize their health and give them the resources to make it happen, the benefits reach not just those they lead, but to the communities they serve. I would recommend agencies go "all in" with Kristin!
