Bio
Arindam Chakraborty
Shyam Reddy has worked with me at Magna InfoTech from June 2008 till Sep 2011 years as Assistant Manager- The 1st thing which comes to my mind of Shyam is he a quiet yet an aggressive opportunist in a positive way . To describe this quality I can narrate a few incidence which comes to my mind. . In Magna we had a Team lead attrition at a critical time in which Shyam was working , she was managing a large client recruitment delivery which was on a major ramp up . The lead was managing about 6 people team and we suddenly was in a crisis with no team leader and client demanding more work. Shyam saw this as an "opportunity" raised his hand to take this additional responsibility to steady the team and avoid further crisis on work . Initially I was very hesitant to put this quiet man and was uncertain on the prudency of my decision. I did finally thought of taking a chance on consultation with others and from there on it was no looking back , I am happy to see that he has become a director at Manpower and his journey to climb up never stopped The other incident was in a cricket match , since he was a new comer he was in the reserves but never complained always coming across a positive person to practice , carry the water , and bat at order in the nets as given as an "opportunity" In one critical corporate match we had couple of players fallen sick who were critical batters and I had no choice but to field him He came forward again expressed his willing ness and in 2 months time the team could not do without him , he will bowl, bat and do everything for the team to win This is the Shyam I remember , quiet well mannered yet determined to succeed and win , cool head yet aggressive with a sense of grabbing new opportunities which comes his way I know of a few phases in his life , he has gone through some critical personal crisis but I have not seen his work life and quality of work having any impact to perform. He always had a smile on his face with a positive attitude and desire to succeed Good luck to him for everything in his future. Regards Arindam

Shyam is an excellent developer of new business opportunities. During my time working with Shyam he demonstrated not only great initiative and drive, but also the ability to understand the customer and their requirements to propose tailored solutions. Shyam is a very well-focussed and successful salesperson who clearly understands complex sales and Client relationships. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shyam for any sales/delivery position...Cheers!
