  1): Responsible for rotational duties and ensure performance standards in the area of dispensing, Ensure compliance to all laws, circulars and regulations related to pharmacy profession, and resolve patients concerns or complains (If any) as Shift In-Charge 2): Review and double check prescription (As per JCI Criteria : The appropriateness of the drug, dose, frequency, and route of administration, Therapeutic duplication, Real or potential allergies or sensitivities - Drug-Drug & Drug-Food interactions, Patient’s weight and other physiological information, Other contraindications and check against lab parameters) 3): Dispense medicine after counseling patients about side effects, contraindications and treatment success factors & take approval from insurance companies. 4): Consult with physicians and patients regarding medication dosage, drug interactions, medical equipments, disease management and potential side effects of prescriptions and OTC medications 5): Provide support to medication systems and ensure delivery of optimal medication therapy 6): Control drugs and maintain low stock medicines record 7): Liaise with doctors about prescriptions and keep custody of controlled medications and compliance with its laws and regulations 8): Routinely check pharmacy stock to ensure that it is not expired, discontinued or a recalled item 9): Provide comprehensive medication management for inpatient and outpatient customers
