On first meeting Ksenia, during the interview process, she separated herself from some other strong candidates due to a combination of experience, common sense and business acumen. She has a good grasp of how brands are, not only created, but brought to market across channels. With a digital and brand background (and being a millennial!) she has a lot to offer moving forward.
