Project work: • Automated daily pricing data import using VBA, reducing daily reporting process by 40%. • Automated daily index values calculation and upload into the accounting system, using VBA and scheduled tasks. • Streamlined the quarterly budgeting process, consolidated three sets of financials into one, mapping ledger accounts with SUMIFS & FIND functions. Set up variance analysis with conditional formatting. • Created Excel reports from scratch, designed to be reused every month, leveraging INDEX/MATCH, SUMPRODUCT, SMALL/LARGE. • Created solution for the monthly capital statements review process, converting PDFs into Excel and leveraging MID, LEFT/RIGHT, FIND, IFS functions, cutting the review process by 3hrs each month (or 90% of review time). • Streamlined and improved various reporting processes, making Excel spreadsheets more dynamic und user-friendly, adding completeness and reasonableness checks. • Research Analytics Group (50%): Provided support to Portfolio Management, including top-down analysis, analyzing portfolio risk exposures; Ad hoc research and analysis, data manipulation, visualization, presentation. • Managed firm-wide quarterly reporting processes, coordinating with 20+ individuals. • GIPS reporting and annual verification. • Performance attribution and analysis. • Ad hoc financial analysis for RFPs/DDQs/investor meetings.
