We started with a unique position combining sales and marketing in one. I was working for both departments, not because of shortages in people, but because marketing and sales should always be treated as one integral cell. Lately, I'm leaning more towards sales, as there is more to be achieved, and at the same time, we have great marketers on board. I'm handling the whole process of acquiring projects far beyond simply signing a contract. I have years of business experience, and I'm using it to help on many levels. We specialize in bioinformatics, cheminformatics, and blockchain technologies. Our goal is not only to produce great code but also to research, compare, consult, design, and execute everything end-to-end. All to really help our Partners reach their ultimate business goals. And this can be achieved only by extensive knowledge and presence in their industries. Among our Clients, you’ll find Merck, Entos, L7 Informatics, Ethereum Foundation, Golem, and other industry leaders.

Back to the roots. Besides having my own company, I had a lot of occasions to use what I know and the skills that I possess to deliver others' value. That kind of value, which people are happy to pay for. That was the reason this personal brand was born, and as it often happens, it evolved. Today it is my main source of income. It also brought me to my currently most consuming job, which is driving sales in a software agency. Back to the roots. A simple side project that arose during the pandemic. The idea was to deliver SEO/SEM services once again to clients from the past, as they were still asking if I was in the business. The world suddenly switched to digital markets, and the need was high. Currently offering a website with marketing activities as a subscribed service – targeted at small businesses. A huge part of my career.Being a specialist, an expert, or even a master of your craft, as a freelancer doesn't make you a good entrepreneur. That's a fact, and it has become something I'm repeating like a mantra to everyone thinking about their own business. Myself, I took a hard way to learn that, making almost every beginner's mistake that is possible. Once I even went near bankrupt because of bad accounting.Despite all the setbacks, that was a great time. I learned more than I could even imagine. Mostly in aspects of business development and sales, where I managed to bring deals with brands like ING, Dyson, Sharp, Liebherr, Whirpool, and Beko. With many of them, I was also working myself, doing everything from the low-level tasks to managing the projects. The ViEW was constantly evolving. In the beginning, the focus was on the web and graphic design. Later on, with new people on board, we added printing materials and social media marketing. As a result, we became a "360" agency, providing the full spectrum of services related to marketing. In 2020, we pivoted a bit and narrowed our scope to helping clients handle printing materials – "Print everything in one place". Now known mostly as "v-drukarnia.pl" (it means v-printing), the company is working with the biggest brands in Poland by delivering quite a unique service.I stepped back from leading the company in 2021. Building a business is fun but incredibly exhausting and time-consuming. Therefore, my mind begged for a change. Today, my father is the one in charge of ViEW, and I'm just a consultant and co-owner.

Going on my own!The last months at Raiffeisen brought many changes, mostly of a kind I did not like or agree with. Maybe that's why the company was sold three years later ;) But everything happens for a reason, and something seemingly unfavorable became an opportunity. I decided to put my skills and persistence to the test. I started to work as a freelancer under my own brand. Yeah, I had no clue about what was waiting for me in years to come. Thanks to my hard-work attitude and ability to build real relationships, I had a kind of headstart. My ex-employer became my first client, and my ex-manager, that has left a few months earlier, was the second one. The third client was also from my network, and to be honest, recommendations got me through many months. There was simply no need to advertise. In fact, for about a year, I had no website... and I was a guy building websites for my clients. But let's keep that a secret! It was a good time, yet I had a desire for more. I dreamed of my own team.

Joining Raiffeisen came to me quite naturally. I already had experience, so my new employer presented a completely different approach to me. Almost from day one, I was in charge of the implementation of a new website and everything that comes with it – content, structure, optimizations, and analysis after launch. Shortly after, my Manager realized that I was able to handle graphic design, so I've also become a designer. Doing all this for a company that was #2 on its market at that time was fascinating – it's cool to see my work in top media. That was also a time when I learned Google tools, like Ads (AdWords at that time) and Analytics. Thanks to the employer, I had a chance to master those through Google-certified courses.During those almost two years, I was as well introduced to Social Media Marketing, which back then was pretty much limited to Facebook. Consequently, my burden was to handle two boring fan pages. Why boring? Because it was supervised by people not using this media.

The very first job. I started at the very bottom but was already in the marketing department. For the first weeks, it was tidying up leaflets on shelves in the Sales open space and handling all the mess with gadgets in the warehouse downstairs. So yes, you can be a physical worker in marketing!Slowly but surely, I became more and more useful. My design skills got me to create new Ads or Press Releases. Later on, I was responsible for translating corporate materials into Polish. After a few months, I was also carrying out website updates, SEO, and cooperation with printing houses. Furthermore, I had a chance to back-up sales at trade fairs – quite an experience for an introvert!I appreciate that time spent at Toyota. I learned a lot, especially when it comes to the corporate way of approaching business.
