I’ve worked with Krzysztof for five years as his direct manager. Krzysztof is a very creative person, able to present his own ideas and communicate benefits. He has successfully developed several strategic improvement plans resulted in increased revenue of the contracts. His hard work, perseverance and very good relationships with customers was extraordinary helpful to extend our contracts. Though Krzysztof strong leadership, he has very good negotiation skills which many times brought positive break in contract’s negotiations.
