Through Lethbridge College Winter 2021 Semester and Organizational Behaviour class, I was able to work with a group of fellow classmates to apply the theories learned in class, to help discover possible solutions to the problem presented to us as a class. Our group identified and prepared proposed solutions to the following problems:- Platform Reduction and Communication Problems- Human Resources Management- Goal Setting/Deadlines and Performance ManagementWe also outlined how Science Atlantic could assess the success of implementing our plan, by presenting our suggestions and recommendations in a written report and summarized presentation.
