Multiple programs a year. -Writing of resources and training materials - comfortable with in person training and on line (either live or pre-recorded) -Public speaking and training delivery - scores are always high on feedback surveys -Management of social media presence -Project work including: -Design and delivery of video projects around education for staff/volunteers -Applying for, choosing and mentoring industry funded PhD student researching Biography Program with the assistance of La Trobe University and other EPC senior staff -Sourcing clients/volunteers for interview by media - local radio, 7:30 Report (ABC), ABC radio -Delivering interviews to media - multiple ABC 774 interviews, local radio interviews -Redesigning and delivering training of other organisations from around Australia from an in person format to an online format - resulting in high results on feedback survey -Writing numerous articles for newsletters, annual reports or media releases The volunteer program at EPC, under Krystal's leadership, has been independently audited and resulted in a 97% satisfaction rating from volunteers, as well as setting 12 of the 15 benchmarks that were examined and compared with other organisations across the nation.
