Anyone in our hotel world knows how it works but for those who do not - once I book a client in (SALES) then we turn everything over to someone in Events to pull every last detail through in the meeting once the client is on-site. One of my favorite client's just left the Marriott Quorum where Krystal was their Event Manager on the meeting. I had just been promoted to another property so I was not there but not only did I receive amazing feedback from my customer on the job Krystal did on their meeting, but they ALSO submitted a survey reiterating this...in their words... "Krystal Canales was phenomenal, she is one of the best hotel event managers/directors I have worked with. She is so thorough and hit the nail on the head not missing any change we sent her way. Each time Kathy or I updated the room set-up or BEO's, she was SO quick & accurate each step of the way.
