  Recent projects: Needs Assessment (2022-September 2022) Led a needs assessment for a small national non-profit organization. Facilitated semi-structured interviews and focus groups with service providers and service users to implement early learning programs in four second stage shelters. Coded and analyzed the qualitative data. Produced a comprehensive final report, recommendations, and presentation for the partnering organizations.
