Planned and managed the Museum Association of New York annual Conference and Museum Institute at Sagamore. Identified and recruited speakers, developed entire program and schedule. Organized fundraising dinners. Identified sponsors and exhibitors. More than three times the sponsorship over previous year. Broke all attendance records.Organized 10 regional meet-ups annually to engage membership across the state. In 2014, over 50% of total association membership attended Regional Meet-Ups. Implemented development initiatives including Membership drive, Annual Appeal, grants applications and sponsorships. Doubled association membership in 2015.Supported development of New York State Museum Education Act.

Supervised diverse team of support staff, from professional preparators to student guards and interns. Closely collaborated with faculty for appropriate use of the collection. Created temporary storage facility and rehoused entire collection during construction of the new Wellin Museum of Art.
