  Prepare accounting entries of domestic treasury related transactions in the FMS GL System Update monthly and quarterly domestic treasury related balances in the Financial Reporting Package System (FRP) Preparation/Generation of Inter-Office Advice pertaining to domestic treasury related transactions such as maturity and interest payments to clients and send the same thru fax to concerned branches Respond Inter-Office Advice pertaining to redemption of the bank’s equity investments and other domestic treasury related transactions Prepare tax certificates pertaining to equity securities transaction Compute applicable market rates of unquoted securities that shall be used in marking to market Generation of month-end inventories of other government/private securities from Integrated Treasury System and preparation of corresponding accounting entries pertaining to accrual of capital, tax, coupon and mark to market Preparation of various reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly) for submission to Financial Accounting Department, Treasury Risk Management Department and other units of the bank Perform end-of-day processing of accruals and revaluation of government and private securities, and GL Close in the Integrated Treasury System Reconcile Intercompany accounts Show less
