'Insanely smart and efficient' is the phrase that comes to my mind, when thinking of Krittika. It is in fact very rare that you come across someone like her. I had the opportunity to work with Krittika at the Indian Union Debate Forum (now The Union Debates), where we worked together in bringing the Oxford and Cambridge-styled Union Debates to India. She is a multitasking God and is always able to slide through the most stressful situations with ease. An excellent team-player, I wish that I get to work with her forever in all of my projects. As much as I would dislike her seeing not work with me but another organisation, she earns my highest recommendation.
