Kriti and I worked together at Puget Sound Energy on the Get to Zero Program. She was the SAP QA Lead on the project and a joy to work with. Kriti was my QA lead for my team, in her role she led the testing effort for both our Cisco contact center move to a new data center as well as our corporate telephony infrastructure move for all corporate phone.
