Český startup Madmonq vyrábí nutriční doplňky pro gamery. Během svého působení jsem plánovala a tvořila obsah pro všechny jeho komunikační kanály (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok, Twitch, Discord, blog, direct mail) s kreativním in-house týmem (4-6 lidí). Účastnila jsem se veletrhu TwitchCon 2022 v Amsterdamu. Jde o spefický produkt, cílovku i firemní kulturu, která nesedne každému. I když jsme s "mnichy" spolupráci ukončili ve zkušebce, jsem za ten výlet z komfortní zóny moc vděčná. Obohatil nejenom mé marketingové know-how, ale především můj slovník a znalost emotikonů z Twitche. Show less

V Prazdroji funguju jako interní konzultant pro všechny CZ&SK brand týmy. Jsem zodpovědná za kvalitu obsahu v digitální komunikaci našich značek (s fokusem na sociální sítě). Kopu za čisté, konzistentní kreativy, dlouhodobou spolupráce s influencery, aktivní community management. Společně s digitální manažerkou i specialistkou médií pomáháme našim agenturám doručit funkční kampaně i always-on content. Hlídáme celý proces, od briefu po postbuy. S HR spolupracuju na prezentaci firmy jako zaměstnavatele na Instagramu (kterou si řešíme kompletně in-house). Často jsem v kontaktu také s týmem interní komunikace. V době covidu jsem se prostřednictvím online eventů a sítě Yammer starala o engagement zaměstnanců. Show less

Po roce a půl v Etneteře (a odchodu skvělého šéfa Pavla Zaala) jsem dostala příležitost vést marketing. První výzva na mě čekala okamžitě – výběr dalšího člena týmu. Z kombinace originálního inzerátu a týmových pohovorů jsme s Lenkou a Petrem vydestilovali Ivu Podolákovou, která okamžitě prokázala 100% culture fit. Oceňuju důvěru, kterou do našeho čtyřlístku ostatní vkládají, a jsem ráda, že kromě odborných znalostí můžu víc rozvíjet i svoje soft skills.

Internship in my final year of studying at the University of Economics belongs to one of my best experiences. In a small executive team of the Czech Center Madrid, I got a chance to encounter a culture production. My everyday tasks in the office included websites and Facebook administration in both languages, invites and monthly newsletters preparation, articles translation and monitoring media reactions. I had the honour of meeting many artists, from Vojta Dyk to Mr Švankmajer. I am thankful especially to then-director Věřa Zátopková, her assistant Iveta Gonzálezová and my fellow intern Eliška Menclová for the wonderful memories. Show less

An internship was also a part of the study program in Mexico. I chose the Marketing Point organisation, which connected students from the university with businessmen in Querétaro and I was looking for real-life assignments for them. I prepared posts for our Facebook and Twitter profiles. This work showed me a lot of differences between Mexican and Czech culture - the posts that I found funny and absolutely politically correct I had to revise or replace in many cases. Ads that were taking Europe by storm, would just not work in Mexico because of a hint of violence. Show less

The first place where I had my own work desk, my own e-mail and a work phone. I learnt to manage my time effectively and combine study with work. I was completing project documentation; communicating with contractors, clients as well as authorities; and I made sure that my 10 colleagues were provided with everything they needed.
