I worked directly with Kristy at The Crucible on an annual event called Hot Couture where she was the key contact person for 11 designers 60+ models and a whole lot of volunteers. She was extremely professional, organized, thoughtful, direct, specific and patient. Her ability to prioritize and orchestrate made a large event seem seamless. Working with Kristy is TOPs!! I can easily recommend her as a person I would always like to work with!

Kristy's warmth, encouragement and devotion to The Crucible's mission keeps the furnaces of this great organization burning brightly. With style and aplomb, she deftly moves from managing events, volunteers, educational programs and key communications tasks with cheer, great organization and follow-through. Her grounded approach to problem solving and moving forward was refreshing and great to work with.
