  I commenced working for Crowe Horwath, formerly Cameron Kirk Rose at the time, in our Armidale office in 1998 as a Personal Assistant to one of the Principals, within Business Services. In 2002 I was given the opportunity to transfer into the financial planning division of the firm, where I have been on and off, until 2007 when I returned permanently as a Client Service Officer. My progression at Crowe Horwath has allowed me to develop a range of capabilities including: • Assisting advisors in preparation of advice documentation • Superannuation and investment implementation • Insurance and underwriting implementation • Estate planning implementation • Preparation of investment research documentation • Establishment of self-managed superannuation funds • Establishment of trustee companies and associated ASIC documentation • Database and workflow management • Compliance • Administration of client accounts • Co-ordination of client investment reviews • Management of team workflow
