They also have more favorable co-worker interactions, higher productivity, and less healthcare-related expenses.Every dollar invested in creating a mentally healthy workplace generates $2.30 in benefits to the company.To solve for these issues, Wellness from Within's mission is as follows: We aim to destigmatize mental health conversations in the workplace and foster a culture of psychological safety, creating a space where everyone can feel comfortable sharing openly, without judgment or fear, through connection-building in remote settings, resource sharing, and building a network of peer support.This ERG is made possible by Trust&Will's dedication to the DE&I values.
