  Represent the Port of Seattle in matters involving airport operations; work within the National Incident Management System (NIMS), and provide leadership in Emergency Coordination (ECC) and Incident Command (IC) when required. Proficiency in FAR 139 and maintain 139.303 qualifications and requirements; including the self-inspection program and monitoring items of non-compliance through to resolution, wildlife hazard management, and winter operations.
