I prioritize projects based on their potential impact and relevance to our mission. » Project Management Excellence: I lead the orchestration of project lifecycles. This includes facilitating project kick-off meetings, conducting regular status updates, and culminating in comprehensive post-project reviews. » Milestone-Oriented Team Leadership: I drive our core team and subcontractors towards success by setting and evaluating impactful milestones. » Developing control points and multi stage validation phases together with our team to detect any mishaps before it reaches our customers. » Risk Management and Scaling: My role involves the identification and mitigation of technological risks.
