      As Back office at Högsbo Trä i had an inside sales role. I answered the phone, estimated quotes, orderd home new products and handled the cash register. It awakened my interest in sales and i thought it was fun to constantly meet new people. It was also fun to affect customers and constantly seek to offer an upsell on the customers orders. My mantra was always to get customers to come back the next time they needed building materials.
