I am responsible to drive and develop the club towards the business plan stated by the board and reach the goals we are aiming for 2025. I also work closely with the administration of the club and lead my colleagues in their daily work and try to support, inspire and execute in the best possible way. Focus will be in general to maintain and develop the first team in the men's Premier division (Handbollsligan), develop and enable for our ladies first team to advance in the series system and develop and find more resources so we can improve and invest in our academy for the youth teams for both girls and boys. We will also have a strong focus on our sustainability initiatives and we work hard to create a more active everyday life for the children in Gothenburg.

Sales In about three years I worked as a Sales Representive to our corporate clients and hotels. I´m working with with the entire sales process from prospecting to write contracts. During my years at TaxiKurir Göteborg so we have had a strong focus on quality improvement and customer service which has brodend my experince. I have also worked with procurment, which have been a new learning experience for me. A major focus has been selling-in our mobile booking application. In doing so, i have been training on my presentation and demonstration skills, this experince has been useful for me and this experience I will have with me the rest of my working life. My customer base is very exciting right know. It´s a mix of multinational corporations, medium-sized and small enterprises. This combination means that i have to adapt myself and my abilities depending on which company I meet. I have also learned that business is done in different ways and it is important to be able to see which way the customer visit is about to take. The sooner you manage to see it, the greater the chance of closure.

As Back office at Högsbo Trä i had an inside sales role. I answered the phone, estimated quotes, orderd home new products and handled the cash register. It awakened my interest in sales and i thought it was fun to constantly meet new people. It was also fun to affect customers and constantly seek to offer an upsell on the customers orders. My mantra was always to get customers to come back the next time they needed building materials.
