Kris is one of those people who once you’ve been through the trenches with you will always appreciate and admire for the rest of your life. He has a great temperament for leadership and an understanding of the evolutionary nature of technology. I’d gladly work with him again.

Kristoffer is one of those rare managers who also naturally serves as an inspiring mentor for the whole staff. I had the pleasure of working with Kristoffer during the European Innovation Academy, collaborating on the TripMotion startup. With only few years of experience as a manager, Kristoffer exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a unique capacity for empathy. These qualities most notably translate in his ability to motivate a team to care about its project and be invested in the project success. Though he’s never one to draw attention to himself, Kristoffer positive attitude and the respect others feel toward him are palpable. As a team member or a leader, Kristoffer earns my highest recommendation.

Combining several duties, building the company structure, legal concerns, financials, delegation, leadership, negotiations, business talks, vision, strategy and general operations of the company, while as the team grows the focus on my core duties of strategy, structure and leadership becomes more emphasized. Building a well-structured team of capable individuals allow us better specialization through self-governed groups and stewardship.
