JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Respond to the customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email. Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives given that all processes are followed. Provide accurate, valid and complete resolution by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Expectations: Competently apply all learnings from the probationary period. Tickets should be answered clearly and correctly in an efficient manner. Has developed effective research skills given the knowledge-based resources available. Align oneself with product processes by comprehending the updates from the dedicated channels with due diligence.
