As Sales Director of RetailWise Iceland I worked with establishing a regional office in Reykjavik, Iceland. My main objective was to lead the sales of RetailWise´s concepts and tools to all larger service companies, from banks and telecoms to airports, clothing stores, shoe stores, gas stations, supermarkets etc. RetailWise provides consultancy and measures sales performance in retail chains and optimzes the sales performance based on the feedback from the clients´ own customers. I also planned all production, which included planing all visits in the clients´ stores several months ahead and assigning shifts to our 8-10 employees. I recruited new employees and trained them in the correct interview technique. I participated at staff meetings where I presented the reports and motivated the clients´ sales staff to improve in certain areas.
