Han viste i denne forbindelse analytiske evner og innsikt i en bransje utenfor sin egen som langt overgikk våre forventninger fra en ekstern konsulent. I løpet av kort tid hadde han større oversikt over vår egen bransje enn oss selv, spesielt hva angikk trender og konkurrenter internasjonalt. Han pekte svært raskt på helt konkrete utfordringer og muligheter, og fulgte dette opp med konkrete råd og anbefalinger. Analysen vi mottok endret i stor grad vårt styres syn på selskapets fremtid og struktur, både på kort og lang sikt. De råd og anbefalinger vi fikk som ledd i oppfølging av verdivurderingen gjorde at vi ila noen få uker startet omstrukturering og omprioritering av flere av våre viktigste målsettinger. Videre endret vi planer for både rekkefølge og tempo i ekspansjonsprosess og verdiproduksjonskjeden. Vi er overbevist om at dette vil bidra til å både øke omsetningen på kort sikt og sette oss i en svært gunstig posisjon med tanke på våre internasjonale konkurrenter. Vi er svært fornøyd med jobben Wold og hans medstudenter gjorde for oss i 2019/20, og vil herved gi en varm anbefaling av Kristoffers kompetanse, analytiske ferdigheter og samarbeidsevner.
