  As a Controls Technician I am responsible for yearly maintenance when the plant is not running including, but not limited to: MCC maintenance of main switch gear, installation and maintenance of motors form the bucket to the motor including running conduit, maintenance and testing of motors and line automation through RSLogix 500/5000 PLC, maintenance and installation of VFD devices (mostly PowerFlex). For the three months the plant is processing tomatoes I am responsible for the above listed devices and machinery in a troubleshooting capacity, as we run 24/7 for those three months and must have every available line running to meet our production goals before the tomatoes are out of season.
