· Manage and troubleshoot tickets for 20+ companies and 800+ ends-users, visiting on-site when needed. Troubleshooting ranges from hardware to SaaS and PaaS.· Utilizing BitWarden, ScreenConnect, AD, AzureAD, GSuite, Okta, and O365 for user administration· Configure, deploy, and maintain devices utilizing Autopilot, Intune, MDM, ESET, and backdoor commands through ScreenConnect· Security Team member; utilizing VM’s, reviewing logs and audits, malware analysis, incident response· Review and defend clients from phishing emails and manage campaigns via KnowBe4· Onboard new clients, creating documentation per client (New user/Termination, Imaging, etc)· Pushing for updates in client environment to modernize and patch their work, keeping budget in mind· Implement and troubleshoot networks (WAN/LAN, AP’s, Routers, Firewalls, Servers, VPN)· Lead projects such as implementing Bitlocker encryption for all clients, reviewing vulnerability assessments, and creating an asset inventory for new clients· Manage licensing and purchases between clients and 3rd party applications· Implement and configure security policies in O365 and AAD · Managing network via Auvik and Cisco Meraki· Work weekends and be on-call as needed Show less
